We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process and policies.
We ship orders using air and surface shipment, fulfilled by Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, DTDC and IndiaPost. If your location is not covered by Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees or DTDC , we will ship your order using Speed Post.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed before 11 AM are often shipped the same day. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 3 pm, it will be dispatched on Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday at 3 pm will be dispatched on Monday.
In some rare cases, it may take 2-3 working days to dispatch an order. If this occurs, we will inform you via email or phone.
During high order volumes, shipments may experience minor delays. If there are significant delays in your order, we’ll reach out via email or phone to keep you updated.
Please note: “Dispatch” means completing the order and handing it over to our logistics partner.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship throughout India, and the delivery time depends on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your region.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed and processed, a tracking number (AWB) will be generated, which we will send via email and SMS. You can then use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
To track your order, use the tracking number provided in the shipping email. Alternatively, you can track your order on the Nutrition Studio website. A “Track” button is available in the top right corner—just click and enter your order number along with your registered email ID to view your order status.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care to ensure that your order arrives safely. If you receive a damaged package, please:
Do not accept the package if it appears damaged.
Notify us immediately by contacting care@nutritionstudioin.com or WhatsApp at +91 9796412782 (10am-6pm, Mon-Sat).
For any confirmed damage or loss, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund, provided we’re notified within 2 days of delivery.
Shipping Rates
Free Delivery for Orders Over ₹999: Orders totaling ₹999 or more qualify for free delivery across India.
Orders Below ₹999: A ₹49 convenience fee applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, a cash collection charge of ₹99 will be added at checkout.
