We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Opened or used items will not be eligible for return or refund.
Process for Returns
- Unused Products: Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at care@nutritionstudioin.com or contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 9796412782 (Mon-Sat, 10am-6pm). Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items: In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to share an unboxing video and images of the packaging and products to help us process your claim quickly. We’ll arrange for a reverse pickup and issue a replacement or a full refund based on product availability.
- Return Authorization: Once we approve your request, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- For non-defective product returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. For any returns due to incorrect or damaged products, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Policy
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 working days after we receive and process your return.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 10 working days. You will need to provide us with your bank details, including a photo of a canceled check.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons. This includes:
- Opened or used health supplements
- Custom meal plans, workout plans, and certain promotional items cannot be returned or refunded and Items marked as “Final Sale”.
- Near-Expiry Products: Products sold at discounted rates due to near-expiry dates are non-refundable. Expiry details are always clearly mentioned before purchase.
Dietary Supplements: Returns for dietary supplements will only be accepted if less than 10% of the product has been used.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team promptly. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, a return shipment charge and a 2% transaction fee may apply.
